Short version
- We collect contact information when you fill out a form, book a meeting, or email us. That's it for site visitors.
- We use it to reply to you and (if you become a client) to deliver our work.
- We never sell your data. We never train AI models on your data. Our AI providers do not train on your data either.
- You can ask us to delete everything we have on you. We will.
- We follow industry-standard security practices. No system is perfectly secure — and you accept that risk by using the Site.
1. Who we are
Code 7 Consulting is a brand operated by VM TECHNOLOGIES LLC, a New York limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information from visitors to code7consulting.com (the “Site”) and from clients who engage us for AI development services.
2. Information we collect from website visitors
Contact information you give us. Name, email, company, phone, and the message text you submit through the contact form. Used to reply and follow up.
Booking information. If you book a meeting through our calendar (Cal.com or similar), we receive your name, email, and meeting preferences from that tool.
Chat assistant conversations. When you use the floating chat assistant on the Site, the conversation is processed through OpenAI's API (gpt-4o-mini) to generate a reply. We do not currently persist these conversations to a database — once you refresh the page, they are gone from our systems. OpenAI does not train on this data per their business-tier terms.
Site analytics. Anonymized page views and basic device information. Used to understand which content is useful.
Cookies. The Site uses minimal cookies for essential functionality (e.g., remembering whether you closed the chat widget). We do not use cross-site tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
3. Information we receive from clients
If you become a client, we may process data necessary to deliver your engagement — which can include customer records, call recordings, business documents, or other operational data. The specifics, including security obligations, retention, and any business-associate or data-processing agreements, are governed by the Master Services Agreement we sign with you.
4. What we do with the information
We use information to:
- Reply to your inquiry and follow up.
- Schedule and conduct meetings.
- Deliver our Services if you become a client (governed by the MSA).
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site (including understanding what content is read).
- Comply with legal obligations, defend against claims, and enforce our Terms.
5. What we don't do
- Sell or rent your personal information.
- Use your data to train AI models — ours or anyone else's.
- Grant model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, etc.) training rights to your data.
- Send marketing emails without your explicit opt-in.
- Use cross-site advertising trackers or third-party retargeting pixels on the Site.
6. AI providers and subprocessors
We use a focused set of vendors to operate the Site and our Services. See our AI Policy for the complete list of AI providers, what each one processes, and the data-handling commitments we've secured.
For clients with regulated data (healthcare PHI, financial non-public personal information, student records, etc.), the full subprocessor list — including BAAs, DPAs, and SCCs where applicable — is provided as part of the engagement onboarding.
7. Data retention
We retain Site contact data for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and follow up — typically up to 24 months from last contact. Client engagement data is retained per the terms of the MSA. Analytics data is aggregated and stored as long as needed for product decisions.
8. Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction — including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest where applicable, role-based access controls, audit logging, and vendor risk reviews.
No system is perfectly secure. By using the Site, you acknowledge that any transmission of information over the internet carries some risk and that VM TECHNOLOGIES LLC cannot guarantee absolute security. Security incidents will be reported in accordance with applicable law and any obligations under the MSA.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email bechor@code7talentsolutions.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on your jurisdiction (California, EU/UK, etc.), you may have additional rights — including the right to data portability, the right to opt out of certain processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with a regulatory authority.
10. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
11. International users
The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, processed in, and stored in the U.S. — which may have different data-protection laws than your country.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date when we do. Material changes will be communicated through the Site.
